Regular Registration
Online registration is also available during the regular registration period, though the fees are higher. The main registration for onsite participants will be in the Engineering Center main lobby from 07:30 to 10:30 on Wednesday, 8 January, 2025, and will continue during the remainder of the meeting.

Changes
If you need to make any changes to your registration, you can do so by clicking the "Modify Registration" button at the bottom of this page. Please note in order to change your original Registration Category you will need to email conferences@colorado.edu for this change.

You will then be prompted to enter the email address you used to register as well as the Reference Number that can be found on your Registration Confirmation page. This will take you directly to the first page of the registration site. Use the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page to advance through the registration, making necessary modifications.

You can make modifications to your own registration up until TBD. After TBD you must email conferences@colorado.edu for assistance with making any changes.

Cancellations/Refund
There will be no refunds starting TBD. Cancellation requests must be sent to conferences@colorado.edu. Refunds granted before TBD will be assessed a $100 processing fee. Students and retirees will receive a full refund if canceled before TBD. Due to costs incurred by USNC-URSI prior to the conference, unforeseen events prohibiting travel will not be sufficient cause for refund.
