Student Support

The deadline to apply is TBD. Once you apply, please do not register for the conference until you are notified about receiving the award. We anticipate making award decisions by the end of November.

USNC-URSI is pleased to announce that a limited number of awards will be offered to qualifying students to help defray the cost of attending the in-person 2025 National Radio Science Meeting in Boulder, CO. Awards will consist of free student registration and possibly partial support for travel costs for those who attend the meeting. The awards will be dispersed contingent on the availability of funding in the awards program. To be eligible for the free registration, students must be a full-time (graduate or undergraduate) student at a U.S. university as well as the first author and presenter of a paper accepted for presentation at the 2025 National Radio Science Meeting to be held in Boulder, Colorado.

Award Details:

Free student registration.
Possible partial support for travel costs.
Disbursement contingent upon funding availability.

Eligibility:

Must be a full-time (graduate or undergraduate) student at a U.S. university.
Must be the first author and presenter of a paper accepted for presentation.
