General Submission Information
Details about the USNC-URSI National Radio Science Meeting, including a list of topics of interest for each commission, planned special sessions, and the submission process, are provided on the conference website https://nrsmboulder.org/.
The deadline for submissions to the 2025 National Radio Science Meeting is 11:59 p.m. (Hawaii time) on September 20, 2024. This includes all abstracts, summaries, etc, but NOT entries to the Student Paper Contest. Student Paper Contents entries are still due by September 13, 2024

Steps for Submission
- Create your manuscript using one of the templates so that it has the proper formatting (the abstracts and summaries follow different formatting requirements).
- Proofread and check the layout of your manuscript.
- Create a PDF version of your manuscript. There are numerous utilities and operating systems for free PDF creation.
- Submit the PDF via the appropriate link by following the flow chart:
- A computer-generated e-mail will immediately be sent to the designated contact authors to indicate whether the submission was successful.
- Abstracts / summaries that are not presented at the conference (no-show papers) will be excluded from distribution on IEEE Xplore.
