Submissions

(UPDATED: 9/14/2023)

Submissions are now closed.

Authors have their choice of electronically submitting one-page abstracts or two-page summaries both of which may be archived in IEEE Xplore. While preparing your submission, please use the templates provided below, which provide the proper formatting details for the abstracts vs. summaries. Abstracts must be in the correct formation and must have a minimum of 250 words or else they will be rejected. Summaries must be in the correct format, are limited to two pages, and must substantially fill up both of the two pages or else they will be rejected.

In order for an abstract / summary to be included in the proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore at least one author must be registered and the corresponding presentation must be delivered in person. Registration is also required to attend any session of the meeting.

Abstracts or summaries on any topic relating to the ten Commissions are welcome. Special sessions are also being organized. Contact the appropriate USNC-URSI Commission Chair or visit the Topics page for further information.

Any questions on abstract / summary submission or the technical program may be directed to the USNC-URSI Secretary, Jamesina Simpson, at Jamesina.Simpson@utah.edu.
